Children – Everyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have the consent of a parent or guardian to participate in the Tour de Chesapeake. All youth under the age of 16 must be under the supervision of an adult at all times. All children under the age of 12 must ride on a tandem, trailer bike, or in a trailer. Children under the age of 12 cannot ride a single bike.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellation requests made in writing before May 1st will be refunded less a $15 processing fee per person. NO refunds for any reason will be made after May 1st. If you must cancel, you may substitute another rider and submit their signed registration form and waiver.
Helmets – Helmets MUST be worn at all times while riding. Cyclists MUST ride single file.
